Important changes to Real Estate Resources
Real Estate Resources was set up in 1994 by Paul Denning to provide US and Canadian companies with a ’man on the spot’ using a mix of experience, intuition and inventiveness to optimise their UK real estate portfolios.
With more than 40 years’ experience in corporate real estate and business development, Paul has helped clients respond to changing markets, the impact and opportunities of new laws and technologies, plus the unknown of international events.
His designation as a Fellow of the UK’s Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and in Senior Leadership of Corporate Real Estate (MCR & SLCR) from US based CoreNet Global, confirms a high level of competence in this specialised field.
After a long and varied career in real estate Paul has decided to retire and as a result of that decision Real Estate Resources no longer offers real estate advice.
Beyond real estate
Paul’s commitment to life-long learning will continue to include involvement with leading US-based focus groups and visits to North America to maintain understanding of issues and how all non-core business resources are matched with business needs on both sides of the Atlantic.
Special relationships
“It has been a time of special relationships both with clients and professional colleagues across the globe,” comments Paul.
“The pace of change makes it so important to keep in touch through continuous learning programmes and then apply career experience to capitalise on opportunities. It’s vital to keep knowledge fresh and gather new facts that can make a difference and weed out those that no longer matter.”
Under Paul’s direction, Real Estate Resources has been privileged to work in genuine partnership with a broad range of clients. Sound relationships, experience, professionalism and integrity have proven to be the essential contributors to success.
